About OSHO AFROZ
OSHO Afroz is a safe and accepting environment in which to move inwards. Its soothing atmosphere has been shaped over many years so that soul-seekers can relax and enjoy the splendour of the surrounding nature. It offers a unique and special experience, an alternative place and way to enjoy celebration, meditation and community, all in perfect balance.
OSHO Afroz Meditation Center is located at the beautiful Kambos of Eressos on Lesbos, Greece. Just 3km from the beach and surrounded by beautiful views of volcanoes and hills, it is the ideal
place for a meditation holiday.
Participants are welcome to join the OSHO Active Meditation classes taking place at the meditation center which will be included in the retreat's program to support the journey, as well as access
the nearby beach.
Accommodation
OSHO Afroz provides three different types of accommodation.

ROOM IN STONE HOUSE: rooms are furnished with two regular beds and have an attached bathroom, A/C and refrigerator.

WOODEN HUT: wooden construction with tile roof, electricity, fan and two regular beds.

TENT: the center provides tents yet it is preferable that you bring your own. Mattress, pillow & bed sheets are supplied. We suggest to bring a sleeping bag with you.
Those staying in wooden huts and tents use common shower and toilet facilities. Laundry service is available.

Food
In OSHO Afroz there is a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner for those staying at the center or participating in some of its activities. The "Slow Food" process is purely vegetarian (with vegan option), mainly traditional Greek or Mediterranean dishes.
Please, if you are on a special diet, take responsibility of your own needs.

What to bring with me
- A water bottle to refill with our Dynamically Enhanced Structured Water.
- Towels & Earth friendly shower products.
- Whatever you need in order to be comfortable during meditations. The center provides meditation cushions.

How to get there
OSHO AFROZ Meditation Center
Eresos, Lesbos Island, 81105 , Greece
OSHO Afroz located in Eresos, at the Southwest part of the Lesbos Island in Greece. In Mytilene, the capital of the island, one can get either by plane or ferries.
By air: There are daily flights to Mytilene from Athens, Thessaloniki & other Greek islands and direct charter flights from some European cities. You can also fly to Izmir
(Turkey) and take the ferry to Mytilene.
By boat: from the port of Piraeus, Thessaloniki, Kavala or Athens. You can also come from Ayvalik or Izmir, Turkey.
From Mytilene to Eresos
Eresos is about 80 Km from Mytilene. You can come by a taxi 80€ /1½ hours, by bus - about 8€ /3 hours, summer timetables available at the end of May (info: +30 22510 28873), or rent a car from Mytilene to Eresos.
If you come by taxi or with your own car, you take the road from Mytilene to Kalloni, and from there to Eresos through Agra. Approximately 5 km after Mesotopos village, at the left hand side you will see a new built small church (about 2.5 km before the Eresos-Skala intersection). After about 50 m from the church, you turn left in the first dirt road (there is a big oak tree there) and then left again in the first intersection. After about 200m you are here!
If you come by bus, at the end of the destination (Eresos/Skala Eresos) get off, give us a call and if a car is available we come to pick you up, otherwise there are taxis available - 7€.
We can coordinate sharing taxis from the airport if you let us know yourarrival time.
