This is a festival for everyone. No previous dance experience is required. All bodies and levels are welcome.
Bodies have their own language. They tell a story, and constantly seek to feel as alive and fluid as possible. Uncovering this fluidity gives us the potential to enrich our senses and imagination, to experience lightness and power, and to raise our self-awareness and the capacity for self-healing. How can we reconnect to the body’s language and fluidity?
We will take a journey through movement, dance, connecting and feeling, to explore the intricacies of our stories. Connecting conscious and unconscious movement, we will uncover delicate, pleasurable and powerful movements, without self-judgment. We will open doors to new places, awakening physical sensations, which can also work on an emotional level.
Fluentbody helps people to be generous to their body and mind, to develop a sense of what they want and don’t want, and to gain more of their own strengths and possibilities.

5Rhythms is an exploration of how five essential rhythms move through us. Gabrielle Roth created this beautiful map as she witnessed these energies both on and off the dancefloor. As we become more available to these different rhythms in movement, we become more available when they show up in our lives – or even how to call on specific rhythms when needed. Together, we’ll uncover how these energies move through us. We’ll express, feel and connect with ourselves and others through the 5Rhythms. There is no wrong or right on this x-dance floor. There is simply the infinity of what is.
An acting training, a diploma in music education/rhythmics, training as a 5Rhythms® teacher with Gabrielle Roth and further training as an Open Floor teacher were important stages and have given
Bettina valuable methods to work with. She was able to gain experience with children and adults in a variety of settings and in over 20 years of freelance work, which shapes her work today. Her
teaching aims to create spaces in which people can find themselves, expand their possibilities of expression and develop social skills. It is her concern to promote potential, to strengthen the
forces of the heart and to support community building.
This evocative journey will be based around the core concept of improvisation, getting in touch with yourself through your breath, movement and opening up your voice.
Joris will lead you through your senses, utilising softness and playfulness to reveal your inner movements to yourself – to dance yourself out, from the inside. This interaction with your own being in this space and time creates the conditions for enhanced connection, sharing and interaction with others. Falling into dance, falling into the moment, meeting the self, meeting others…
Joris Camelin is a dancer, performer and improviser from France, now based in Berlin. He has collaborated with leading choreographers such as Meg Stuart, Laurent Chetouane, Constanza Macras and Mark Tompkins.

Whirling is an ancient Sufi technique, where you whirl on the spot with your arms outstretched. Accompanied by musicians playing traditional Sufi music, Dhyana will share a space for you to learn and experience this active meditation that helps the mind to relax, moving you into a soft, and silent space – the very center of your being.
Dance Alchemy is an invitation to experience your inner landscape and to explore your felt sense through movement and awareness. Allowing ourselves to feel, we become more grounded; expanding our sensitivity, resilience, and our capacity to be more present in daily life, even in challenging situations. This session supports you with a guided exploration of your inner world through dance and presence. A way to transform blocked energy into aliveness and celebration.
In a light trance, combining let go with alertness, explore and befriend your bodymind‘s creative and self-healing energies. Sitting or lying down, you will be guided into a space of relaxed awareness using gentle soothing music and spaces of silence.
The session is based on the meditative therapy OSHO Reminding Yourself of the Forgotten Language of Talking to Your BodyMind.

'Ecstatic Arts' are intuitive, meditative, interactive, playful and meaningful, and the best part is that you don’t need to be ‘arty’ or consider yourself creative. As we believe everyone is an artist with our creative power to express our authentic selves. As an addition to Ecstatic Dance, Artist Leila and DJ Leela will co-create a safe, open and connected space with elements of meditation, live music, sounds, movement, and co-created paintings on the same canvas (collectively). Just trust the process and yourself. We have traveled to 20 countries and co-created 50+ pieces of beautiful arts with 1.5K participants in the past two years. Join us to journey through this full embodiment experience!

Together with Leila, they are a team based in Amsterdam: Musician (DJ & handpan) Leela from the West, and Artist (Ceremony & Visual) Leila rooted in the East. They are committed to be on a life path together to make art of life and co-create a sacred and safe space where it's possible. They believe in true Authenticity, Sensuality and Co-creation - that's how we bring in the concepts of 'Ecstatic Arts' and 'Tea & Sound Ceremony'. It seems no coincidence that they met where Awareness & Exploration were two of the main ingredients. Both names are derived from Sanskrit: "In our daily experience, embracing the dance of life with a hint of playfulness, including the waves of bright & dark matters and sunshine & rain…” It applies to all what they do, how they like to live and inspire others. They feel privileged to weave their creativity and experience into both their love-life and by offering their services as a team to you.

Consisting of polyrhythmic, counter-intuitive movements and archetypal ritual dances, each movement and its music, practiced in a group, anchors us to the moment, strengthens our attention, and may help us become more available to finer energies. These sacred movements are essentially exercises in totality. Through a total engagement of our senses, mind, and feelings, we may experience oneness in our being and become aware of both how divided and mechanical we are. According to George Gurdjieff, this awareness and the aim for oneness are the first steps towards having true agency.
Ananda has been exploring various somatic approaches to healing, self-knowledge, and transformation since 2013, as part of his self-inquiry. He is both a student and teacher of different practices, including Gurdjieff Sacred Movements, Mythopoetic Qigong, Post-Daoist Sexuality, and Osho Meditations. By integrating these practices, Ananda has developed a deep inquiry into the potential for psycho-spiritual transformation through sensitivity, stillness, and movement. This inquiry has revealed how the body can be utilized as an instrument for higher energies to access, leading us to portals of experience into the immanence and transcendence of the soul.
For this ancient Tea Ceremony (‘Cha Dao’, 茶道, the way of nature through tea), Leila will present specially selected tea (Dao Hong Pao Oolong) and guide you through a tea meditation that cultivates mindful process and fluid flow in a harmonious atmosphere that brings us together and improves our taste bud and senses, health and soul. As well as integration into a mindful daily lifestyle. Handpan tunes by musician/DJ Leela will create a peaceful yet grounding atmosphere throughout and after the ceremony, taking you on a deeper, inner and meditative sound journey.
Leila is an artist and guide for a variety of Tea and Plant Medicine Ceremonies. She also has many years of experience in making and facilitating Art journeys. You can often find her support people on their journeys and co-create a safe and sacred space with other mindful and embodied practices. She has transformed herself from the corporate life into a sustainable lifestyle sharing what she loves. She felt drawn to bridge her vision connecting both sides in her own ways to make the world a slightly better place. She loves exchanging our gifts (her gift is mindful aliveness), and helping integrate ancient wisdoms from her rooted traditions into a mindful yet grounded daily lifestyle.
