COVID-19 POLICY AT OUR RETREAT

In a world in constant change, we understand you may be cautious when booking a trip away – so we have put together the most frequently asked questions regarding booking and cancellations due to COVID-19 restrictions to reassure you in these unprecedented times.

We refund tickets up to 30 days before the event starts. This way we can review what is happening travel wise in the current climate. If our retreat gets cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions, all deposits will be refunded.

In case there is no possibility to travel, due to government prohibition, by Covid-19, we can keep the deposit for our next Retreat in 2022 or refund it. In case of refund the festival will retain a processing fee of 50€. You can also transfer your retreat’s ticket to someone else.

Our Retreat is not liable for losses that occurred to expenses like flights and transfers. We suggest you check with the airline about their re booking policies prior booking your flight or/and to take out extra insurance to cover you in such cases.

As guidelines are changing constantly, we are following the Greek Government guidelines on COVID-19. Our venue has plenty of indoor and outdoor space for you to move freely so you can feel assured that there will be space for you to socially distance. The center has three big group rooms — one outdoor, and two indoor. The indoor group rooms are equipped with an air conditioning system that renews the air every 7 minutes. Also, the several windows will be opened once per hour. We have also lowered the number of guests to max 70 to make the whole experience more comfortable for you.


For more safety, every participant as well as team members will be tested again with a rapid test on arrival at the retreat center on behalf of the festival.  If your test is positive, you can either do a PCR test to confirm it (if the result comes out negative you will be welcome to join the festival). If your Covid test is positive you will receive a full refund to your participation fee.

Your safety is our main priority, and we will constantly be monitoring the Greek Government guidelines and will amend, adjust and communicate accordingly. Please feel free to contact us before you book to discuss the extra measures we have in place to make your retreat as safe and as enjoyable as possible.

• Negative PCR test in English (max. 72h before departure. The test has to have your ID/Passport number).

Certificate of a complete vaccination (in English, with the full name of the traveler, the vaccine, the number of vaccine doses) and this 14 days before entry.

Travellers, from the European Union and the Schengen Area, arriving via Athens, Chania, Heraklion, Corfu, Kos, Mykonos, Rhodes, Santorini or Thessaloniki are exempt from the  quarantine. If you’re coming from outside the EU please check with your Government Travel Advice.
