Noelia is a dancer, teacher and choreographer. Life brought her to meet 5Rhythms©, a practice that made her experience the dance as a pathway back home; she discovered that with the 5Rhythms© map she was able to perceive in the simplicity of everyday life, everything she couldn’t find before. Dance was not outside, life was inviting her to be a part of it. Since then, life and dance have been the same thing for Noelia. Many identify her as a therapist, others as a certified 5Rhythms© teacher and some describe her as inspiration in movement. Dance got her closer to herself, allowed her to feel what really matters. Since then her purpose in every encounter, whether individually or in a group, is to transmit her experience with the utmost integrity and fun, to inspire others to find their own gifts. Creator of the space Inspiration in Movement in which 5Rhythms© are as important as every one of the experiences she has lived so far. She studied Sintergetics and healing hands with Dr. Jorge Carvajal and currently she researches for a way to integrate these methods through movement.
