workshops & Facilitators

Bodies have their own language. They tell a story, and constantly seek to feel as alive and fluid as possible. Uncovering this fluidity gives us the potential to enrich our senses and imagination, to experience lightness and power, and to raise our self-awareness and the capacity for self-healing. How can we reconnect to the body’s language and fluidity?

We will take a journey through movement, dance, connecting and feeling, to explore the intricacies of our stories. Connecting conscious and unconscious movement, we will uncover delicate, pleasurable and powerful movements, without self-judgment. We will open doors to new places, awakening physical sensations, which can also work on an emotional level.

Fluentbody helps people to be generous to their body and mind, to develop a sense of what they want and don’t want, and to gain more of their own strengths and possibilities.

Florencia Lamarca was born in 1981 in Uruguay. She brings 20 years of dance experience, primarily training and performing with Ohad Naharin of Gaga Movement, guest dancer for 12 years at Sasha Waltz & guests, among other dance companies.

Certified as a Grinberg practitioner, Florencia has worked as a somatic therapist since 2011. She has been traveling the world teaching unique workshops combining her extensive knowledge of movement, her choreographic research and her somatic therapy approach.

Florencia is the founder of the Fluentbody method, and since 2021 the Fluentbody Academy in Berlin offers Teacher Trainings.

x-dance / 5 RHYTHMS® with SAMAR LINN

5Rhythms is a simple and holistic movement practice. Like meditation it brings the dancer into the here and now through embodiment and breath. During dancing a so-called wave, you experience 5 different qualities that move you. It can be danced with or without music. As a perspective it can also be part of your everyday life.
Founded by Gabrielle Roth in the 1970s you can join 5Rhythms classes and Workshops all over the world today. By simply dancing it in your living room via livestream or on-demand you can connect to teachers and dancers and expand your creativity.

Samar Linn has a promiscuous love affair with music, is enamored by dance and is a curious investigator of freedom of expression. She is a certified 5Rhythms® teacher, a trained Integrative Counselor and Bodyworker.

Samar runs a range of workshops, private events and weekly classes to bring more curiosity to ourselves, openness to our uniqueness and permission to embrace the magic in daily life. Her raw attitude, vulnerability, and artistic ways to embody aliveness provide an electric, creative and safe environment. Wherever you might meet.

From Head To Heart – Improvisation into Moving and VoicinG

MASSAGE JOURNEY  with Joris Camelin

This evocative journey will be based around the core concept of improvisation, getting in touch with yourself through your breath, movement and opening up your voice.

Joris will lead you through your senses, utilising softness and playfulness to reveal your inner movements to yourself – to dance yourself out, from the inside. This interaction with your own being in this space and time creates the conditions for enhanced connection, sharing and interaction with others. Falling into dance, falling into the moment, meeting the self, meeting others…

To start our last day and to open our bodies to the dance, Joris will guide us gently into the magic of touch through massage.

From the group towards individuals and partnering, we will activate the skin, the tissues and the skeleton to be best prepared for the day. This massage journey is an unfolding and soft trance through acceptance and trust.

Joris Camelin is a dancer, performer and improviser from France, now based in Berlin. He has collaborated with leading choreographers such as Meg Stuart, Laurent Chetouane, Constanza Macras and Mark Tompkins.

He is currently offering workshops and coaching sessions at academies, festivals and other locations around Europe, working with people from many different fields such as dancers, actors, musicians, architects and visual artists.

Soul Motion with Jens Wazel

Soul Motion is a conscious dance practice at the crossroads between the vertical drop into self and the horizontal extension toward another, to community and spirit. Nurturing the awakening of stillness in every movement moment, we celebrate the miraculous event of this body breathing and moving: now. Soul Motion is improvised movement meditation, in presence and mindfulness, between stillness and ecstasy.

Jens Wazel is an authorized Soul Motion teacher and has been offering classes and workshops for 17 years in Seattle, San Francisco, Hawaii, and in Berlin. He is the founder of the Bay Area Soul Motion Collective. Jens is also experienced in various other forms of dance, movement theatre and meditation. After 25 years on the American West Coast, Jens now lives in Berlin. He is also a photographer/videographer and has been working on a project to document the history of conscious dance:

Body-Mind Centering®  – Exploring the moving and sensing body WITH Odile Seitz-Walser

Body-Mind Centering® was developed from Bonnie Bainbridge-Cohen since more than 50 years. It is an invitation to experience the sensing and feeling body through movement, visualization and integration of anatomical informations. We will explore how the body supports the experience of interconnectedness through the exploration of fascia, the connective tissues of the body connecting each part with the whole, preventing inner spaces and global support, and allowing adaptation and new organization.

Odile Seitz-Walser is born in Paris and is living in Berlin since 2000. She is dancer, dance teacher, Body-Mind Centering Practitioner and Teacher, healing practitioner for Craniosacral Therapy. With her long experience as a dancer, she combines the fine explorations of the body from Body-Mind Centering with the creativity of dance improvisation. The feeling and living body, the soma, is the field in which she combines her fascination for the human being, human relationships, and movement.

Born in Morelia, Mexico, Karina is a Mexican-German person who works in the fields of contemporary dance, performance and yoga. Consciousness through movement is the way she likes to describe her work since the body-mind approach in which she works includes principles of somatic methods, mindfulness and improvisation. Karina completed her education as a contemporary dancer at the University of Michoacan, Mexico and later on, her master’s degree in choreography at the Hochschulübergreifendes Zentrum Tanz, Berlin (Udk) as well as her Yoga Studies with Dr. Wiebke Mohme in Yoga Cure in Berlin. She is director of PARAR_Yoga&Performance. She regularly teaches dance and yoga workshops like Organic Dance, Creative movement through yoga (self developed technique), Performance Workshops, Hatha & Ashtanga Yoga and Dance-Meditation.

“Dancing can guide you to a physical and emotional body-mind presence that has the power to connect with the world in various dimensions and make social consciousness perceptible.”
Organic Dance is a practice that works with dance improvisation, yoga, breathing techniques and principles of somatic work to organize and integrate body, mind and the awareness of inner and outer perception. It achieves freedom and consciousness through movement. The methodology to achieve this is to bridge somatic principles (from Body Mind Centering®, Alexander Technique and Klein Technique) with Asana, Pranayama and the practice of improvisation generating a kinesthetic consciousness, finding your own creative movement, your own dance.

During that time, he discovered his love for Ecstatic Dance. Travelling the world brings more and more influences into his eclectic style. Breathing Tea Ceremony WITH Anne Pawlak

Our body is our temple. In this emotional collective ritual we will enter our inner temple to purify it, express our deep gratitude and integrate all the wonderful work of the day. Each dancer will create their own sacred space using certain elements such as Aura-Soma and crystals, and then will be caressed by a Sound Bath where the sonorities of the gongs will entangle with Native American, Japanese and Greek instruments.

Anne Pawlak, facilitates breathwork, tea ceremonies and movement events and workshops.
Her background in theatre design and experience of living in tea producing countries like Japan were the catalyst of her tea studies with the Ueda Soko school of Japanese tea ceremony. Her training in Conscious Breathwork, BBTRS and Gyrokineses© provide the foundation for her work. Currently she teaches weekly breathwork and conscious movement classes and provides trauma release and meditation 1-1 coaching.

sound healing journey WITH sarasai Tas

Sound Healing is the therapeutic application of sound frequencies to a person or a group with the intention of bringing them into a state of harmony and health by balancing the physical, mental and emotional aspect of their being. As an ancient traditional healing technique, the broad and rich frequency of Tibetan Bowls balances the energy centers of the body by soothing our nervous system and creating deep tranquillity. When the active mind relaxes into the alpha and theta brainwaves, the entrapped energy and emotions are set free. Tibetan Singing Bowls slow down our heart and respiratory rate and bring therapeutic and healing effects on all levels, including balancing between Yin -the intuitive and feeling energy, and Yang -the planning and active energy in our bodies. They help to transform our field and resonate to higher frequency, using the law of resonance, and by matching our vibrational signature to the fundamental tone of the universe, the creative power of All-That-Is.

Born in Istanbul, Sarasai`s inner journey has started in 2010 with a Vipassana Meditation retreat in Thailand and continued with Usui Reiki trainings. She has joined and assisted several workshops and retreats for breathwork, family constellation, primal childhood and sexual de-conditioning, conscious sensuality, tantra meditations for divine feminine, zen koan Who Is In, conscious medicine, awakening of love, healing intensive with hypnosis and conscious death journeys.
Holding an International Academy of Sacred Sound Healing Certificate and Osho Active Meditations Facilitator Certificate, Sarasai is leading meditation and sound healing sessions to grow awareness, health and clarity both for individuals and groups. Combining the meditative heart-centered healing technique 'From Separation To Unity' with Seraphim Blueprint angelic energy healing system, her sessions, workshops and trainings are taking place in Turkey, Thailand and Greece, calming and bringing the mind and body to a more receptive state and opening space for deep physical and emotional healing and transformation.

free spirit jam session with anna-maria

„Oh no, I can’t sing.“ or „Sorry, I don’t play any instruments“ is in some cases what people may think when they're invited to a Jam Session. But the aim of the 'Free Spirit Jam Session' is to encourage you not to judge: It’s not about singing "well" or playing "right", but to join us being curious and enjoy all the miraculous sounds we can create together in a group.

Together we explore for example: How is the sound of an autumn walk through the forest? How is the sound in a really warm and cozy place? How is the sound of confusion and chaos? How is the sound of the most peaceful place you can imagine? …to possibly uncover some sounds of our inner world ♥

Listen. Perceive. Express. With her initiatives, Anna-Maria opens the space for encounters at eye level. When hosting „Eye Contact“ events and „Jam Sessions“ what she loves most are the moments when shame leaves the room and instead there is enough space for people to honestly connect with each other and to reconnect with themselves.

"there´s nothing more miraculous for meditation than dancing. if you dance fully, if you dance totally, then in that dance your being comes out of the body. the body will go on moving in rhythm but you will experience that you are out of the body. And then your real dance begins: below, the body will go on dancing; above, you will dance. the body on the earth, you in the sky. The body will dance the dance of matter, you will dance the dance of consciousness." OSHO
