This is a festival for everyone. No previous dance experience is required. All bodies and levels are welcome.
Bodies have their own language. They tell a story, and constantly seek to feel as alive and fluid as possible. Uncovering this fluidity gives us the potential to enrich our senses and imagination, to experience lightness and power, and to raise our self-awareness and the capacity for self-healing. How can we reconnect to the body’s language and fluidity?
We will take a journey through movement, dance, connecting and feeling, to explore the intricacies of our stories. Connecting conscious and unconscious movement, we will uncover delicate, pleasurable and powerful movements, without self-judgment. We will open doors to new places, awakening physical sensations, which can also work on an emotional level.
Fluentbody helps people to be generous to their body and mind, to develop a sense of what they want and don’t want, and to gain more of their own strengths and possibilities.

5Rhythms is a simple and holistic movement practice. Like meditation it brings the dancer into the here and now through embodiment and breath. During dancing a so-called wave, you experience 5
different qualities that move you. It can be danced with or without music. As a perspective it can also be part of your everyday life.
Founded by Gabrielle Roth in the 1970s you can join 5Rhythms classes and Workshops all over the world today. By simply dancing it in your living room via livestream or on-demand you can connect to teachers and dancers and expand your creativity.
Samar Linn has a promiscuous love affair with music, is enamored by dance and is a curious investigator of freedom of expression. She is a certified 5Rhythms® teacher, a trained Integrative Counselor and Bodyworker.
Samar runs a range of workshops, private events and weekly classes to bring more curiosity to ourselves, openness to our uniqueness and permission to embrace the magic in daily life. Her raw attitude, vulnerability, and artistic ways to embody aliveness provide an electric, creative and safe environment. Wherever you might meet.
This evocative journey will be based around the core concept of improvisation, getting in touch with yourself through your breath, movement and opening up your voice.
Joris will lead you through your senses, utilising softness and playfulness to reveal your inner movements to yourself – to dance yourself out, from the inside. This interaction with your own being in this space and time creates the conditions for enhanced connection, sharing and interaction with others. Falling into dance, falling into the moment, meeting the self, meeting others…
To start our last day and to open our bodies to the dance, Joris will guide us gently into the magic of touch through massage.
From the group towards individuals and partnering, we will activate the skin, the tissues and the skeleton to be best prepared for the day. This massage journey is an unfolding and soft trance through acceptance and trust.

Soul Motion is a conscious dance practice at the crossroads between the vertical drop into self and the horizontal extension toward another, to community and spirit. Nurturing the awakening of stillness in every movement moment, we celebrate the miraculous event of this body breathing and moving: now. Soul Motion is improvised movement meditation, in presence and mindfulness, between stillness and ecstasy.

He is the founder of the Bay Area Soul Motion Collective. Jens is also experienced in various other forms of dance, movement theatre and meditation. Body-Mind Centering® was developed from Bonnie Bainbridge-Cohen since more than 50 years. It is an invitation to experience the sensing and feeling body through movement, visualization and integration of anatomical informations. We will explore how the body supports the experience of interconnectedness through the exploration of fascia, the connective tissues of the body connecting each part with the whole, preventing inner spaces and global support, and allowing adaptation and new organization.
Odile Seitz-Walser is born in Paris and is living in Berlin since 2000. She is dancer, dance teacher, Body-Mind Centering Practitioner and Teacher, healing practitioner for Craniosacral Therapy. Organic Dance is a practice that works with dance improvisation, yoga, breathing techniques and principles of somatic work to organize and integrate body, mind and the awareness of inner and outer perception. It achieves freedom and consciousness through movement. The methodology to achieve this is to bridge somatic principles (from Body Mind Centering®, Alexander Technique and Klein Technique) with Asana, Pranayama and the practice of improvisation generating a kinesthetic consciousness, finding your own creative movement, your own dance.

Our body is our temple. In this emotional collective ritual we will enter our inner temple to purify it, express our deep gratitude and integrate all the wonderful work of the day. Each dancer will create their own sacred space using certain elements such as Aura-Soma and crystals, and then will be caressed by a Sound Bath where the sonorities of the gongs will entangle with Native American, Japanese and Greek instruments.

Sound Healing is the therapeutic application of sound frequencies to a person or a group with the intention of bringing them into a state of harmony and health by balancing the physical, mental and emotional aspect of their being. As an ancient traditional healing technique, the broad and rich frequency of Tibetan Bowls balances the energy centers of the body by soothing our nervous system and creating deep tranquillity. When the active mind relaxes into the alpha and theta brainwaves, the entrapped energy and emotions are set free. Tibetan Singing Bowls slow down our heart and respiratory rate and bring therapeutic and healing effects on all levels, including balancing between Yin -the intuitive and feeling energy, and Yang -the planning and active energy in our bodies. They help to transform our field and resonate to higher frequency, using the law of resonance, and by matching our vibrational signature to the fundamental tone of the universe, the creative power of All-That-Is.

„Oh no, I can’t sing.“ or „Sorry, I don’t play any instruments“ is in some cases what people may think when they're invited to a Jam Session. But the aim of the 'Free Spirit Jam Session' is to encourage you not to judge: It’s not about singing "well" or playing "right", but to join us being curious and enjoy all the miraculous sounds we can create together in a group.
Together we explore for example: How is the sound of an autumn walk through the forest? How is the sound in a really warm and cozy place? How is the sound of confusion and chaos? How is the sound of the most peaceful place you can imagine? …to possibly uncover some sounds of our inner world ♥
Listen. Perceive. Express. With her initiatives, Anna-Maria opens the space for encounters at eye level. When hosting „Eye Contact“ events and „Jam Sessions“ what she loves most are the moments when shame leaves the room and instead there is enough space for people to honestly connect with each other and to reconnect with themselves.
